1. Is it Free?

Yes! Free. You pay nothing. Make your gallery for free now and you will never be asked for a credit card, deposit, hidden fees, and any stupid scams. Art World is 100% scam free. Just make your gallery and start selling your art today.

2. When I sell something, does Art World take a 20% commission like Artsy??

No. Art World takes ZERO commissions. However, depending on the buyer's wallet, in some transactions you will only receive 97% of the listed price. Art World does not take ANY of the remaining 3%. Those are Rocket Network network fees .005 and possibly Rocket Team commissions (between .02 and .005). Art World's service is 100% free and Art World receives nothing at all from your sales. Art World is 100% free.

3. What is Rocket Teams?

Rocket Teams is the network node responsible for generating new wallet users. When a Rocket Team enrolls a new Rocket Wallet, up to 2.5% of that wallet's transactions are paid to the team for 18 months as fee for introducing the consumer to the Rocket Network. This amount comes from the merchant/seller. If appropriate, You must raise your set prices slightly to account for this.

4. Can I also make a Rocket Team?

Yes - please do. When you share the Rocket Network with others, you too can earn a commission. Start your Rocket Team today and you will also earn commissions on sales for all wallets you enroll.

5. Is Art World good for under-18 artists?

Yes! Art world tries very hard to support a great platform where young artists can learn the value of selling their creations to the world. Any way to improve support for artists is a high goal of Art World - especially for kids.

6. Can I use Round-up with Art World purchases?

Yes! We encourage all Rocket Wallet users to use the Rocket Cares Round-up facility when shopping. The blockchain community has vigorously embraced charity and the Rocket Network is no different. Please set your Rocket Wallet into the 'Charity mode' on the wallet settings page.

7. Can I enter the Galaxy Products giveaways with items listed in Art World??

Yes! As part of your three weekly lottery entries, you may select products from Art World. Artists still receive full payment from the Galaxy sponsor pool if their products are selected in the weekly draw. Go ahead and shop for anything on the Rocket Network while your Rocket Wallet is set in 'Lottery Mode' to enter the weekly prize drawing.

8. Is Art World an authorized Rocket Network company?

The Rocket Network does not own Art World as Art World is a separate independent company. However, the Rocket Network has a license agreement with Art World and fully supports Art World's effort to build new and useful art commerce and markets with blockchain support.

9. How many separate galleries can I make?

Until your account is establishes as a VIP, you are limited to 3 separate galleries with 20 items each. With time and many successful sales, these limits are removed and you will be able to have greater access to make more galleries and unlimited items. Art World needs to carefully protect buyers by not allowing accounts who fail to perform prompt delivery and good customer support. Therefore some limits on newer accounts are necessary.

10. Does Art World pay the taxes on sales from my gallery?

No. Participants are individual merchants and operators responsible for their own activities. Anything you sell is between you and the tax man and the tax laws of your country. Art World is merely the hosting platform that makes using blockchain easy. Each person who participates is obligated to follow the tax laws, and all laws, of their particular jurisdiction.
